Main Categories of Bushings
Self Lubricating Bushing
Myway self-lubricating bushing features 3-layer structure: a steel backing, sintered bronze layer, and PTFE layer. It requires no additional lubrication, making it highly convenient and durable.
Boundary Lubricated Bearing
Unlike self-lubricating bushings, Myway boundary lubrication bushing’s inner layer is made of POM, and has uniformly distributed oil holes. Its friction coefficient ranges from 0.06μ to 0.12μ.
Bimetal Bearing
Myway bimetal bearing consists of steel backing and sintered bronze layer ranging from 0.3 to 0.5 mm in thickness. It provides excellent lubrication performance while significantly reducing costs.
Bronze Sleeve Bearing
Bronze sleeve bearing, also called wrapped bronze bushing, is produced by rolling metal plate with thickness of no more than 5 mm. It has diamond-shaped or round oil holes pressed inside.
Cast Bronze Bearings
One or more metals are melted at high temperature of 1000℃, and then made into cast bronze bearings by centrifugal casting. These bearings have high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
Sintered Bronze Bearing
Myway sintered bronze bushings are formed by powder compaction, high-temperature sintering, and oil immersion. It supports sliding speeds up to 5 m/s and require no maintenance.
Steel Bushings
Mayway steel bushings are offered in seamless and wrapped designs, ideal for heavy machinery, automotive, and industrial use. They come with 2 surface treatment options: zinc plating and phosphating.
Thrust Washer
As a type of flat bearing, thrust washer is typically installed between rotating and stationary components. It can maintain long service life even in highly corrosive and friction environments.
Plastic Bearing
The common materials of Myway plastic bearings including PEEK, PP, HDPE, PVC, PPS, etc. Its non-magnetic makes it meet the application for applications that require electrical conductivity.
Polymer Bushing
As a new material, Myway polymer bushing has become an excellent alternative to traditional bronze bearing, thanks to its exceptional stability, lubrication effect and impact resistance.
Bearing Cage
The bearing cage is an important part of the ball bearing, which is used to fix the ball on the raceway and keep it at a fixed distance and position, suitable for high load applications.

Strict Production Process
Metal powder is combined into a porous and dense structure at 800–1200 ℃.
The mold is cast at 630-950 rpm to produce precision copper alloy bushing.
Annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering and other processes to improve the strength and wear resistance of bushings.
±0.01 mm high-precision turning, milling, drilling, boring and grinding processes
- Oil Immersion Treatment
Sintered parts are immersed in oil at pressure of 5–10 bar to achieve an oil content of 20%–30%.
- Surface Treatment
Copper plating, nickel plating, zinc plating, phosphating to enhance corrosion resistance and service life
