Brass bushing is a high strength brass bearing lubricated with oil from oil grooves. This product has the traditional function of tin bronze bearings. Due to the use of high strength brass (ZCuZn25Al6Fe3Mn4), its HB hardness has doubled. Therefore, when used in low-speed situations, the lifespan of this product can be extended by twice compared to ordinary bronze liners, and its bearing pressure is large, which can adapt to heavy-duty situations.
Metallic Self Lubricating Bushing products made from high-strength brass, embedded with graphite and processed by high-temperature immersion in oil, as a solid lubricant. During use, the solid lubricant rubs against the shaft through frictional heat, creating excellent lubrication conditions where oil and powder coexist. This not only protects against wear but also makes the solid lubrication characteristics eternal, allowing it to work in an oil-free state.
