Composite Spherical Bearings and Guide Rings
Spherical bearings are generally used for low-speed oscillating movements (angular motion). Because the sliding surface is spherical, they can also perform tilting motions (self-aligning movement) within a certain angle range. They can still operate normally even when there is significant non-concentricity between the supporting shaft and the shaft shell hole.
Kintowe spherical bearings are processed from composite materials (such as fabric-reinforced phenolic resin, fabric-reinforced polyester resin, etc.). They exhibit virtually no electrochemical corrosion in seawater or other aqueous solutions, meaning the composite bearings will not rust. Kintowe spherical bearings have high load capacity and impact resistance, along with properties of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, self-alignment, good lubrication or self-lubrication, and no contamination from lubricants. They can operate normally even if misaligned during installation.
Typical Applications of Composite Spherical Bearings and Guide Rings
Shipbuilding and marine machinery equipment
Water conservancy machinery equipment
Equipment requiring self-lubrication and maintenance-free operation
Automation equipment
