DX/SF-2 Copper-Plated Steel-Backed Boundary Lubricating Bushing (Red POM)
This product is a boundary lubrication bearing composed of a steel plate base, intermediate sintered spherical bronze powder, and a surface-rolled modified polyoxymethylene (POM) layer with oil storage pockets. Designed for low-speed and medium-load applications under normal temperature conditions, it effectively replaces traditional copper sleeves, reducing costs while extending service life.
When used in steel rolling mills, it significantly reduces lubrication frequency and simplifies replacement procedures. This product is widely applied in automotive chassis, forging machinery, metallurgical mining equipment, engineering machinery, hydropower systems, and steel rolling industries.
