PFC-2 High-Strength Fabric-Reinforced Phenolic Resin Bushings and Bearings
PFC-2 is a high-strength composite material. It is manufactured from a soluble phenolic resin containing uniformly dispersed graphite and reinforced with high-quality cotton fabric. The material is hot-cured under specific pressure and temperature. It features high mechanical strength, excellent wear and friction resistance, good temperature tolerance, and the ability to withstand strong vibrations under semi-static conditions, impact loads, and slight rotational loads. It can operate with minimal or no lubrication.
This material is suitable for:
Bushings in the pivot axles of engineering machinery and vehicles
Guide sleeves for columns of forging presses
Spherical bearings
Typical Applications of PFC-2 High-Strength Fabric-Reinforced Phenolic Resin Bushings and Bearings
- Bushings for ball valves and butterfly valves
- Guide sleeves for columns of hydraulic machinery and forging presses
- Guide sleeves for plastic machinery
- Bushings for pivot axles in engineering machinery and vehicles
- Bushings for water conservancy machinery
- Spherical bearings for marine engineering equipment and marine bearing materials
