PFC-22 Self-Lubricating Composite Material Spherical Bearings and Guide Rings
PFC-22 is composed of specialty synthetic fiber, reinforced polyester resin, solid lubricants, and other ingredients. It features superior wear resistance and almost no water swell. Compared to metallic materials, its excellent elastic deformation allows it to operate effectively under high loading conditions. This material is ideal for underwater applications (even in seawater) and provides maintenance-free solutions for special equipment.
Typical Applications of PFC-22 Self-Lubricating Composite Material Spherical Bearings and Guide Rings
Guide rings and shaft sleeves
Stern tube bearings and rudder bearings
Main hatch bearings and hatch cover pads
Cargo pump bearings and propeller bearings
Pulley bearings and deck machinery bearings
Mooring system bearings and offshore platform bearings
