PFC-5 High-Strength Fabric-Reinforced Phenolic Resin Support Rings and Guide Rings
PFC-5 is a high-strength composite material manufactured by winding high-quality cotton fabric impregnated with a soluble phenolic resin uniformly dispersed with molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂). The material is formed under specific temperature and pressure. It exhibits high mechanical strength, excellent friction and wear resistance, good temperature tolerance, and the ability to withstand strong vibrations under semi-static conditions, impact loads, and slight rotational loads. It can operate with minimal or no lubrication, making it suitable for applications in engineering machinery, shipbuilding, hydroelectric power generation, and other industries.
Typical Applications of PFC-5 High-Strength Fabric-Reinforced Phenolic Resin Support Rings and Guide Rings
Guide rings, bushings, and shaft sleeves for engineering machinery
Guide sleeves for columns of hydraulic machinery and forging presses
Bushings for water conservancy machinery
Marine bearings
