FWR Filament Wound Bearing
What is FWR Filament Wound Bearing?
- MYWAY-FWR bearing material uses high-strength glass fiber reinforced high-temperature epoxy resin as the load-bearing layer, and special fibers with PTFE fibers as the sliding layer.
- This construction provides excellent wear resistance and a very low friction coefficient under high-load, low-speed operating conditions.
- Maintains effective self-lubricating properties and high bearing capacity even during extended operation without lubrication.
- Extremely high dynamic load capacity, up to 160 MPa.
- Outstanding wear resistance.
- Very low friction coefficient, typically under 0.12.
- Capable of long-term dry running without oil supply.
