FWR Filament Wound Bearing
FWR Filament Wound Bearing

FWR Filament Wound Bearing

  • What is FWR Filament Wound Bearing?
  • MYWAY-FWR bearing material uses high-strength glass fiber reinforced high-temperature epoxy resin as the load-bearing layer, and special fibers with PTFE fibers as the sliding layer.
  • This construction provides excellent wear resistance and a very low friction coefficient under high-load, low-speed operating conditions.
  • Maintains effective self-lubricating properties and high bearing capacity even during extended operation without lubrication.
  • Extremely high dynamic load capacity, up to 160 MPa.
  • Outstanding wear resistance.
  • Very low friction coefficient, typically under 0.12.
  • Capable of long-term dry running without oil supply.
