These products utilize sinter-hardened materials for manufacturing. Leveraging extensive experience in producing slack adjuster components, the gearboxes demonstrate superior performance, dimensional accuracy, and gear precision grades compared to average market products.

The production process, similar to that of the slack adjuster line, involves 7 manufacturing processes and 5 dimensional and performance inspection stages. Certain planetary carriers incorporate a needle roller pressing process during assembly.
