Developed from steel-copper lead bimetallic bearings, this thin-walled bushing saves assembly space while maintaining high load capacity. Manufactured from specially formulated high-density copper alloy strip, it offers superior performance over traditional cast copper bushes—including higher density, no shrinkage porosity, excellent wear and fatigue resistance, and greater load capacity.

Advanced manufacturing allows for custom oil grooves, pits, and holes on the friction surface, which retain lubricant for extended service intervals and significantly increase service life. It can be supplied with diamond or hemispherical oil patterns to meet specific customer requirements.
