DU/SF-1S Stainless Steel-Backed Self-Lubricating Bushing (Black PTFE)
The SF-1S is a highly effective corrosion-resistant bearing formed by rolling a stainless steel base, intermediate sintered corrosion-resistant alloy powder, and a surface layer of low-friction materials primarily composed of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
It exhibits excellent resistance to oil, acids, alkalis, seawater, and wear, with a lead-free PTFE surface layer. This product is ideally suited for applications in food and beverage machinery, chemical pumps and valves handling moderate acid-base fluids, pharmaceutical machinery, printing and dyeing equipment, chemical machinery, and corrosion-prone sliding parts in marine industries.
