DU/SF-1S Stainless Steel-Backed Self-Lubricating Bushing (Red PTFE)
The DU/SF-1S is a highly corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant bearing formed by spray-coating a stainless steel base with PTFE and roll-forming the material into its final shape. Specifically designed for strong acid, strong alkali, and light-to-medium load low-speed applications, it demonstrates significantly superior wear resistance compared to monolithic PTFE bearings and graphite bearings.
This product is widely used in chemical acid-base flow meters, pumps, valves, and sliding components requiring corrosion and wear resistance in marine industries.
