DU/SF-1 Steel-Backed Self-Lubricating Bushing (Red PTFE)
This product is a sliding bearing manufactured by wrapping a steel plate base, sintered spherical bronze powder intermediate layer, and a surface layer rolled from a mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and environmentally friendly polymer compounds.
It offers the advantages of being lead-free and environmentally friendly, excellent wear resistance, high bonding strength between the polymer layer and copper layer, as well as outstanding fatigue and impact resistance. After two years of testing and trial use, customer feedback has been highly positive. The product has successfully passed 1 million impact test cycles and 1 million bench test cycles, with the surface polymer layer of the bush remaining intact and showing almost no wear after testing. Its quality level is internationally leading.
