High-Strength Brass-Based Solid Lubricant Embedded Bearings are high-performance solid lubricated products manufactured by embedding graphite or MoS₂ solid lubricants into a high-strength brass base.

They overcome the limitations of conventional bearings that rely solely on oil film lubrication. During operation, frictional heat causes the solid lubricants to transfer onto the shaft, creating an optimal lubrication regime combining oil and powder. This not only protects the shaft from wear but also ensures long-term solid lubrication performance.

These bearings exhibit twice the hardness and double the wear resistance of standard copper bushings.
