PFC-3 High-Strength Fabric-Reinforced Phenolic Resin Support Rings and Guide Rings
PFC-3 is a high-strength composite material. It uses thermosetting linear phenolic resin as the base material and high-strength polyester fiber fabric as the reinforcement. Synthesized through advanced technology under specific temperature and pressure, it exhibits high load-bearing capacity, temperature resistance, wear resistance, excellent dimensional stability, flexibility, and impact resistance. It is suitable for guide and support rings in high-pressure cylinders operating under strong vibration conditions (e.g., excavators, piling machinery, and coal mining equipment). When filled with a certain amount of solid lubricants, it can also be used in various mechanical components such as bushings, bearings, and thrust washers.
Typical Applications of PFC-3 High-Strength Fabric-Reinforced Phenolic Resin Support Rings and Guide Rings
Guide rings and support rings for hydraulic supports and hydraulic cylinders
Guide sleeves for columns of hydraulic machinery and forging presses
Bushings for pivot axles of engineering machinery and vehicles
