PFC-7 High-Strength Fabric-Reinforced Phenolic Resin Support Rings and Guide Rings
PFC-7 is a high-strength composite material based on modified phenolic resin, reinforced with ultra-strong specialty fibers, and added with solid lubricants. It is processed under specific temperature and pressure. Compared to other fiber-reinforced (cotton fiber, polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, etc.) phenolic products, PFC-7 exhibits superior compressive strength, tensile strength, wear resistance, flame retardancy, heat resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. It is capable of adapting to complex working conditions in various demanding environments.
Typical Applications of PFC-7 High-Strength Fabric-Reinforced Phenolic Resin Support Rings and Guide Rings
Guide rings
Support rings for mining and coal machinery equipment
Spare parts for shipbuilding and marine machinery
Spare parts for water conservancy and wind power equipment
Spare parts for offshore mooring systems and maritime platforms
