  • What is TEFPLAS Fluoroplastic Bearing?
  • Standard sliding layer material: TEFPLAS® B. Alternative options include high-wear resistance & low breakaway friction material TEFPLAS® G, and FDA-compliant grades TEFPLAS® E and TEFPLAS® P.

  • Backing material: Aluminum alloy, with stainless steel as an optional alternative.

  • Self-lubricating and maintenance-free operation.

  • Smooth and quiet running performance.

  • Capable of high-speed operation with long service life.

  • Operating temperature up to +200 °C.

  • Suitable for rotary, oscillating, and linear motion applications.

Technical Parameters of TEFPLAS Fluoroplastic Bearing

TEFPLAS® B is a standard sliding layer material. It combines high load bearing and wear resistance performance , suitable for hard shafts ≥HRC35 or hard anodized aluminum shafts.

TEFPLAS® G has excellent wear resistance, lower starting friction force, suitable for hard shafts or hard anodized aluminum shafts.

TEFPLAS® E FDA food contact safety materials, suitable for stainless steel shaft or aluminum shaft.

TEFPLAS® P FDA food contact safety materials, suitable for soft shafts.
