MYWAY: Integrated Bushing Manufacturing
Founded in 2005, Zhejiang Myway Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the development, manufacture and sale of bushings, bearings and related raw materials.
Our 35,000 m² manufacturing facility is located at No. 822 Taiji Road, Economic Development Zone, Guangde, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, China. Our international sales and operations center is based at Building 10, Greenland Central Plaza, Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, 310011, China.
We offer integrated manufacturing capabilities, from casting and sintering to precision machining of finished bushings. Our production resources include more than 2,000 precision molds, sintering lines, automated machinery and inspection equipment.
Our plain bearing range includes self-lubricating bearings, boundary-lubricated bushings, graphite-plugged bushings and bimetallic bearings.
Applications include passenger, commercial and new energy vehicles; construction and agricultural machinery; industrial automation; fluid power systems; solar and wind energy equipment; steel and metallurgical equipment; food processing machinery; and office equipment. We export to more than 40 countries and regions, including Germany, Italy, Japan, the United States, Canada and South Korea.

Our factory
Casting Workshop
Horizontal Continuous Casting
Our horizontal continuous casting operations have an annual production capacity of 20,000 tonnes and use five continuous casting furnaces and two intermediate-frequency furnaces.
Centrifugal Casting
Our centrifugal casting operations have an annual production capacity of 5,000 tonnes and use two power-frequency furnaces, two intermediate-frequency furnaces and nine centrifugal casting machines.
Precision Machining Workshop
Our precision machining workshop combines process development, flexible manufacturing and close collaboration with customers to produce finished bushings for a wide range of applications.
The factory employs approximately 400 people, including more than 100 in precision machining, and operates over 200 pieces of advanced precision machining equipment.
Inspection Workshop
Our quality control procedures combine defined inspection methods with dedicated testing equipment to assess materials and finished components.
Our inspection equipment includes coordinate measuring machines, spectrometers, tensile testing machines, oscillation test equipment, hardness testers, metallographic analysis equipment and air gauges.
We obtained ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification in 2019.
Finished Goods Warehouse
Our 1,900 m² finished goods warehouse holds approximately 500–600 tonnes of inventory, including a wide range of standard bushings for OEMs and distributors.
Stock availability supports prompt dispatch of standard items. Selected customers can use our digital warehouse system to check inventory levels and order processing status, helping them plan replenishment and urgent orders.
